Originally built by the developer, the building was later redesigned by hakandernek with new roof eaves, landscape, and interior — establishing continuity between architecture and its surroundings.

Redesigned within a comprehensive renovation, the semi-detached villa was largely demolished and rebuilt into a contemporary residence with improved spatial clarity and material integrity.

Exploring the balance between material weight and visual lightness, the design combines a solid wooden body with a transparent glass top. Its hollow core and rounded edges create a sculptural yet functional presence.
